If you include Strange or Highly Complex structuring requests, we will take your input and simplify its execution.
All Designs are Mobile-First, Top-To-Bottom, and Fully-Centered.
When you provide instructions, please try to format it, line-by-line for each page you ordered, by using either dashes ( - ), arrows ( > ), or numbers ( 1. ), and then include instructions following a colon ( : ).
Typical instructions will include notes on general purpose, as well as specific content for the page.
Including an unlisted link to an online document (like a Google Doc) is also helpful for including large quantities of content, so feel free to paste those links, below.
Page Feedback, Revisions,
and Extra Costs.
Once your site is LIVE, you will receive an invitation to our visual Feedback Task Management System, where you can view the pages, and comment on them with screenshots and revision requests.
Each extra page purchased comes with 1-month of major revision requests, and an unmetered number of minor revision requests every month.
If you indicate additional pages, more than the quantity included in your initial order, then your credit card will also be charged for each extra-page, based on your pricing bracket.
Extra-Pages are charged as one-time payments, which are separate from your subscription.
If you are unclear, or confused, about how many pages you have purchased, and concerned about extra charges, you can contact us through LIVE chat, or simply indicate, below, any clarifications you might want to make.
Unused Page Credits Do NOT Expire, and if a billing mistake is processed, it is not a problem for us to correct it, upon request.
Once your website is added to our Feedback Task Management System, you may request additional pages through that interface at anytime, and your credit card will be charged for each additional page request from that system.
